Bedrock Presents: Egoism & Moaning Lisa & Good Pash

Thursday the 22nd of June in The Green Room | $10 entry
Bedrock Collective presents a fresh new lineup of up and coming local artists to wet your palatte on a thursday evening. Once again always aiming to foster new spaces to be creative in Sydney and have at least 60% women identifying on our lineups.

All our events are non for profit and all the money we make goes into making the next event possible.

Egoism is a Dreamrock three piece from the innerwest of Sydney quickly climbing the ranks and establishing themselves as top contenders in the flourishing underground scene of Australian shoegaze.

Moaning Lisa (CANBERRA):
Formed in April 2016, Moaning Lisa is made up of four under-motivated university students who find purpose in making loud noises together. Taking cues from the likes of Wolf Alice and Pixies, Moaning Lisa operate somewhere between composed restraint and fuzzed-out, life-affirming alternative rock.

Good Pash:
Think not of Good Pash as an indie-punk band. Think of them as an on-the-leash criminal task force comprised of Sydney’s loudest, messiest women, formed by the government to protect the city from the threat of masked supervillains.

Bedrock Collective:
Bedrock Collective was founded in 2016 after witnessing the state of the arts and music scene in Sydney. We have many friends who are artists and musicians trying to get their work out there, but without the platform or community to help them. Bedrock is about giving exposure to unheard of and deserving artists in Sydney, creating artistic collaboration and holding bold and stimulating events in innovative performance spaces. Our name comes from this concept, building up artistic collaboration from the ground up, forming new ideas and means of artistic collaboration between visual artists, filmmakers and musicians.
