BESPOKEN WORD Storytelling & Comedy Soirée

Bespoken Word brings together Sydney’s most interesting and exciting writers, entertainers and comedians for an evening of hilarious true storytelling!

The first half of the evening, hosted by Kate Iselin, sees our special guests telling short, pre-written stories on a specific theme.  The second half of the evening, hosted by John Knowles is a live episode of his successful Comedy Festival show and ABC702 Radio Afternnoon segment ‘I Can Top That!’. John and three guests take the stage to tell completely true yet totally unprepared stories inspired by topic suggestions from the audience. The stories told at Bespoken Word can be shocking, others embarrassing, insightful, sweet or just plain hilarious.
